That is why the psalmist could utter these words when he said; you make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. This is the kind of joy that fills you daily. When you have the joy of the Lord you are not pouring from an empty cup, but your cup is always overflowing with the grace, goodness and mercy of God. Nothing can come close to this kind of joy, no suffering, no pain, no sorrow or gain. The Joy of the Lord is your strength. Rest in His joy child of God!
