“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7

God is on your side. This means that God is always with you. Never will He leave you nor will He forsake you. Rest in His will. When you are in the will of God, anxiety is not your portion. When you are in the will of God, worries is not your portion. When you are in the will of God, fear is not your portion. No wonder the scripture reminds us, do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Pray about the present and pray for the future. Prayer works. Prayer changes things.
