“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland”. Isaiah 43:18-19
Blessed day,
The worst mistake anyone can make is to dwell on the things that God has already dealt with. The past is merely a memory and oftentimes a learning curve, but it’s your future that God is interested in. If you are in Christ, everyday you are being renewed if you don’t dwell in a place where God has already shift you from. The mind is a powerful tool, but it’s up to us to choose if we will use it to maximize the future or to ponder on the old. The old/ past will however never allow you to enter in the new that God has for you. The past will keep you in bondage, but the new will set you free and allow you to reach the endless possibilities that is in God. And this is the profound and accurate prophecy that God was speaking to His servant Isaiah; “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland”. With God on your side there is nothing to worry about in your future, because He has already taken care of it!
I pray for you; may God disconnect you from all past barriers and connect you to the Glorious future that He has for you! Get ready to receive the new from the hand of God!
Have a wonderful new day in Jehovah!
Love, Peace, Blessings
