We are loaded with benefits of God on a daily basis. We do not have to fear, we don’t have to be anxious, we don’t have to feel troubled. If we have God we have Power, we Love and we have a sound mind. This in itself should allow us to walk in self-control. We control what we think about, because what we think about we bring about. We can control our hearts, so that love can rule and in doing so we guard our hearts. We can control our weakness and place in the hands of thee almighty God in order to receive strength. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
